Your main tasks will be:
  • Ensure the sale of our products in accordance with the commercial policy and in accordance with the objectives set with an existing clientele of pharmacies and para-pharmacies but also with hairdressing professionals for the Pro range.
  • Prospecting and retaining new clients.
  • Promote the company's image on the market and ensure the training of sales teams.
  • Ensure regular reporting of your activity.
Required profile :
  • You are organized, self-motivated and have a sense of challenge.
  • Your interpersonal skills and determination allow you to achieve the objectives set.
  • You have a minimum of 1 year's field experience with pharmacists, knowledge of the cosmetics industry.
  • You want to join a young company distributing quality products that are new on the market.
Formation :

You will be formed in our sales and product techniques before you start your activity and you will benefit from a follow-up with coaching during the contract period.

  • Creation of content dedicated to the animation of our social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin).
  • Organization of contests, surveys, etc.
  • Manage Facebook/Instagram campaigns.
  • Ensure regular reporting of your activity.

Web Site

  • Management of the company's showcase site.
  • Optimize the platform's SEO.

Marketing

  • Analysis and follow-up of the actions undertaken.
  • Competitive intelligence.
  • Create marketing campaigns to increase traffic, sales.
  • Manage emailing campaigns.
  • Search for partnerships (setting up photo shooting...).
